Mental health disclaimer

A self-check, not a diagnosis
The Copenhagen Burnout Inventory is a research questionnaire. Your scores describe how you answered; they cannot identify the cause of your symptoms or rule out conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders or physical illness.
See a doctor if
- symptoms such as exhaustion, low mood or poor sleep last more than two weeks or are getting worse;
- symptoms affect life outside work;
- you have physical symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations, breathlessness or unexplained weight loss;
- you are relying on alcohol or other substances to cope.
