About Burnout Checker
Burnout Checker is a free, private burnout self-check and a library of plain-English guides for anyone who feels exhausted by work and wants to understand what is going on.
What we do
- A research-based self-check using the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), scored exactly as its developers published it. Every rule is on our methodology page.
- Sourced guides drawing on the World Health Organization, peer-reviewed research and official guidance such as Singapore’s Tripartite Advisory on Mental Well-being at Workplaces.
- Clear routes to help. Crisis and support contacts appear with every result and every guide.
Who publishes the site
The site is published by Autonex Pte Ltd, a Singapore company that builds data tools and automation. Our editorial team researches and writes the guides and checks every claim against the sources cited. We are not a medical or mental health provider, and nothing on the site replaces advice from a qualified professional.
Our principles
- Not a diagnosis. We say clearly what a questionnaire can and cannot tell you.
- Privacy. Test answers are scored in your browser and never sent to us.
- Safety first. We point to professional and crisis support whenever it might be needed.
- Independence. We do not accept payment to recommend products or services. The site may show advertising; advertisers do not influence content. See our editorial policy.
